Empowering Mental Health Support for the Mt. Lebanon Community

In a vibrant, walkable community like Mt. Lebanon, it can feel like everyone is constantly on the move. But when you’re struggling with anxiety or burnout, that fast-paced energy can feel isolating. Magnus Mental Health offers a sanctuary for residents seeking deeper self-understanding and emotional resilience. Our approach is grounded in the belief that your mental health is just as important as your physical well-being. We partner with Mt. Lebanon professionals and families to address:

  • Work-Life Integration: Strategies for the modern professional facing burnout.

  • Identity & Self-Esteem: Reconnecting with who you are outside of your roles and titles.

  • Relationship Dynamics: Improving communication and setting healthy boundaries.

Our therapists use evidence-based approaches tailored to your specific needs. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, solution-focused therapy: we pull from what works and leave behind what doesn't. And here's the key: we adjust as we go. Your needs might shift throughout therapy, and we shift with you.
Want to start feeling more like yourself again? Book your initial consultation and let's talk about what's really going on.
